Review of technical documents
Technical documents are the main factor affecting product quality and belong to the software part of production. Before the product is put into production, all technical documents must be strictly reviewed to ensure their correctness.
1. Review of production notice
Check and review the technical indexes in the production notice to be issued to each workshop, such as whether the required specifications, colors, number of pieces are correct, and whether the raw and auxiliary materials are one-to-one corresponding. After confirming that they are correct, sign, and then issue them down for production.
2. Review of sewing process sheet
Recheck and check the established sewing process standards to check whether there are omissions and errors, such as: (①) whether the sewing sequence of each part is reasonable and smooth,,
Whether the form and requirements of seam mark and seam type are correct; ② Whether the operating procedures and technical requirements of each part are accurate and clear; ③ Whether special sewing requirements are clearly indicated.
B. Audit of sample quality
Garment template is an essential technical basis in production processes such as layout, cutting and sewing. It plays an important role in garment technical documents. The audit and management of template should be careful.
(1) Content of review template
a. Whether the number of large and small samples is complete and whether there is any omission;
b. Whether the writing marks (model number, specification, etc.) on the template are accurate and missing;
c. Recheck the dimensions and specifications of each part of the template. If the shrinkage is included in the template, check whether the shrinkage is enough;
d. Whether the size and shape of the stitching between the garment pieces are accurate and consistent, such as whether the size of the side seam and shoulder seam of the front and rear garment pieces are consistent, and whether the size of the sleeve mountain and the sleeve cage meet the requirements;
e. Whether the surface, lining and lining templates of the same specification match each other;
f. Whether the positioning marks (positioning holes, cutouts), provincial position, fold ancestral temple position, etc. are accurate and missing;
g. Code the template according to the size and specification, and observe whether the template skip is correct;
h. Whether the warp marks are correct and missing;
i. Whether the edge of the template is smooth and round, and whether the knife edge is straight.
After passing the review and inspection, it is necessary to stamp the review seal along the edge of the template and register it for distribution.
(2) Storage of samples
a. Classify and classify various types of templates for easy search.
b. Do a good job in card registration. The original number, size, number of pieces, product name, model, specification series and storage location of the template shall be recorded on the template registration card.
c. Place it reasonably to prevent the template from deformation. If the sample plate is placed on the shelf, the large sample plate shall be placed below and the small sample plate shall be placed on the shelf smoothly. When hanging and storing, splints shall be used as far as possible.
d. The sample is usually placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture and deformation. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid direct exposure to the sun and the bite of insects and rats.
e. Strictly implement the sample receiving procedures and precautions.
(3) Using the template drawn by computer, it is convenient to save and call, and can reduce the storage space of the template. Just pay attention to leaving more backups of the template file to prevent the loss of the file.
