1. Inspection of raw and auxiliary materials
The raw and auxiliary materials of clothing are the basis of finished clothing products. To control the quality of raw and auxiliary materials and prevent unqualified raw and auxiliary materials from being put into production is the basis of quality control in the whole process of clothing production.
A. Inspection of raw and auxiliary materials before warehousing
(1) Whether the product number, name, specification, pattern and color of the material are consistent with the warehousing notice and delivery ticket.
(2) Whether the packaging of materials is intact and tidy.
(3) Check the quantity, size, specification and door width of materials.
(4) Inspect the appearance and internal quality of materials.
B. Inspection of storage of raw and auxiliary materials
(1) Warehouse environmental conditions: whether the humidity, temperature, ventilation and other conditions are suitable for the storage of relevant raw and auxiliary materials. For example, the warehouse storing wool fabrics shall meet the requirements of moisture-proof and moth proof.
(2) Whether the warehouse site is clean and tidy and whether the shelves are bright and clean to avoid contamination or damage to materials.
(3) Whether the materials are stacked neatly and the marks are clear.
